A Guiding Prayer to Help Those Less Fortunate

A few months ago my husband and I found the perfect family home for us. The property is a historic school that has been converted in to a single family house but the previous owners had it foreclosed upon.

We submitted a formal offer through our real estate agent but the lender who owns it was looking for a cash buyer only. It has since been placed up for auction and we would love to bid but need to come up with the winning cash with in forty-five days.

Not only is the house perfect for us but our lifestyle as well. We have two boys and a pet pig. There is room for our hobbies and it is located in the country setting we are craving. Since this is an unique property we are limited on products we can receive from lenders.

We have big dreams for this property including a youth-group charity. We would like to start an organization that encourages children to give back to the community through volunteer work. We believe it is important to show children the important role they play and how their actions can positively impact the world around them. I would also create a "free library" to be placed on the property to help promote literacy.

I would be heartbroken to see this property purchased by someone who does not appreciate the history behind it. I fear this property will be purchased by an investor who will just flip it for a profit or it will be torn down. I am looking to raise $30,000 for the initial purchase of the property.

If I receive this I will apply for an Equity to do the rest of the repairs and set up my charity. I am extremely confident in our ability to accomplish these goals and monetary donations are greatly appreciated!!!

We do ask for your thoughts and prayers to bring about our goals, and help those less priviledged.

Amen
